I have run 5K throughout my life. I just ran the Colder Boulder in 25:33 which is a PR for me.
I ran two half marathons this past summer and my fastest time was around 2:09:? (My chip had issues and I was given a gun time but not a chip time, but I know I finished under 2:10:00)
Short-Term Running Goals:
I want to run a marathon during the summer of 2010.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running for fitness and fun. I would like to improve my pace to comfortably average 30 seconds faster then I run now.
Personal:
I am married and have three children. I enjoy friends, piano, singing, crafting, and organizing/cleaning my home.
I did a P90X workout today that was focused on shoulders, back, and arms. It was a nice workout because it was mostly weight lifting and not push-ups. I hate push-ups. I enjoyed working on my arms and visiting with my friend.
Night Sleep Time: 8.00
Nap Time: 0.00
Total Sleep Time: 8.00

Sounds like a good workout--I love lifting, but I don't do it nearly often enough.
How often do you do the P90X? How long does it take to do one of the workouts?
I've been neglecting my arms. I haven't even been doing the shred. You're going to beat me on the next arm wrestle. Maybe I'll go do some push ups now.

Nice workout Michelle! I used to hate push ups with a passion, maybe it's b/c we had to do so many in boot camp!

push ups are my kryptonite
It's great you have a friend to workout with, and congrats on doing the p90x, I've heard it's not easy.

Tracy- I do P90X on Wednesdays and Fridays. It takes about an hour depending on the workout. The workout I did yesterday was an hour and 15 minutes. The shortest one is 42 minutes and the longest is and hour and a half. But most are an hour. It is a good strength training workout.
