I have run 5K throughout my life. I just ran the Colder Boulder in 25:33 which is a PR for me.
I ran two half marathons this past summer and my fastest time was around 2:09:? (My chip had issues and I was given a gun time but not a chip time, but I know I finished under 2:10:00)
Short-Term Running Goals:
I want to run a marathon during the summer of 2010.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running for fitness and fun. I would like to improve my pace to comfortably average 30 seconds faster then I run now.
Personal:
I am married and have three children. I enjoy friends, piano, singing, crafting, and organizing/cleaning my home.
Today was a nice slow run. I woke up three minutes before my alarm went off so that made it easier to get up. I prefer waking up on my own rather then being wakened by buzzing. My run was pretty uneventful, a good run not much else to say.
Night Sleep Time: 7.50
Nap Time: 0.00
Total Sleep Time: 7.50

How many weeks now? I've lost track.

19 weeks now. I get to find out on Wednesday if it is a boy or girl.
Today is a slow run kind of day. Good job getting up to run this morning.

I get mad when I get up before my alarm... even if it's only 3 minutes! But when it goes off I just lay there not wanting to move.

How nice to wake up and not feel like your alarm is stealing sleep from you!
Good miles today!
Can't wait to hear what your Wednesday news will be. :-)

Me too - I can't wait for Wednesday!! Any hopes one way or another?
Nice job on keeping the miles going and not needing the alarm clock. If I can't sleep in until 11 AM I have to use an alarm clock :)

Nice run Michelle! I definitely agree that when you get up before the alarm goes off, it's a good feeling.
