Running Accomplishments:

I have run 5K throughout my life.  I just ran the Colder Boulder in 25:33 which is a PR for me.

I ran two half marathons this past summer and my fastest time was around 2:09:? (My chip had issues and I was given a gun time but not a chip time, but I know I finished under 2:10:00)

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to run a marathon during the summer of 2010.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running for fitness and fun.  I would like to improve my pace to comfortably average 30 seconds faster then I run now.

Personal:

I am married and have three children.  I enjoy friends, piano, singing, crafting, and organizing/cleaning my home.

Today was a great run.  I have been feeling better about running this week.  It was just my neighbor Michelle and I today which seemed like a small group for a Saturday morning run.  We ran on the Hiline Canal trail.  There was a lot less snow then last week but a ton of large and deep truck tracks.  I had to be careful where I ran so I wouldn't twist an ankle.  The run went by quickly and painlessly and our AP was 9:40.  I call that success.

I call that success too. Way to go getting some miles in on a chilly morning.

GREAT run Michelle! Both of you and Carolyn are doing the Moab 1/2, right? With a pace like that on a training run you'll hit a PR for sure!! Good job on getting the run in and I'm glad you didn't twist an ankle!

I'm glad to hear that a lot of the snow has melted off of the trail - but big tire tracks, not good.

Good job on your run today. I'm sorry I couldn't run with you. I had to slog it out by myself instead.

Nice run and pace. Scary about the bad surface on the trail. I hope they get it fixed so you can enjoy running on it without the worries.
