Running Accomplishments:

I have run 5K throughout my life.  I just ran the Colder Boulder in 25:33 which is a PR for me.

I ran two half marathons this past summer and my fastest time was around 2:09:? (My chip had issues and I was given a gun time but not a chip time, but I know I finished under 2:10:00)

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to run a marathon during the summer of 2010.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running for fitness and fun.  I would like to improve my pace to comfortably average 30 seconds faster then I run now.

Personal:

I am married and have three children.  I enjoy friends, piano, singing, crafting, and organizing/cleaning my home.

Today was a COLD run.  I am not sure what the exact temperature was, msn said 7°, it was the coldest I have felt while running this winter.  I did get to try out my yaktrax for the first time.  Unfortunately there is a lot of snow by my house but not as much on the main roads where we ran.  So I got to see how it felt but had to run on a clear sidewalk for a lot of the run.  I think I need to go take a hot shower and then jump in bed to warm up!

awesome job in the cold, snow, and ice.

You're a tough lady going out and braving the weather like that.

Hope it warms up for you tomorrow.

You've inspired me to go lay in bed and go to sleep!

That is cooooold! You're awesome for getting out there.

How were the yaktrax? Are they pretty comfortable, or can you really tell that you have them on?
