Marathon Finish

Running Accomplishments:

I have run 5K throughout my life.  I just ran the Colder Boulder in 25:33 which is a PR for me.

I ran two half marathons this past summer and my fastest time was around 2:09:? (My chip had issues and I was given a gun time but not a chip time, but I know I finished under 2:10:00)

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to run a marathon during the summer of 2010.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running for fitness and fun.  I would like to improve my pace to comfortably average 30 seconds faster then I run now.

Personal:

I am married and have three children.  I enjoy friends, piano, singing, crafting, and organizing/cleaning my home.

Today's run was better then yesterdays.  The AP was 9:40 and I wasn't too tired.  It was nice to wake up a few minutes before my alarm and have light coming in the window and birds singing.

My six year old son was awake when I came home at 7:00, which is a surprise because he usually sleeps until 8:00 or 8:30.  Poor guy, he has had double ear infections that won't go away.  He is on a new antibiotic he just started yesterday and if this doesn't take care of it he will need a shot next week.

It was nice having some sun this morning after such a gray day yesterday.

I hope your boy gets feeling better.
