Today's run started out well. I had a little pain but was able to run through it quickly and it went away. But after 2 miles, sharp pains came again. I tried walking through and then running about 5 times but it just wasn't going away so I walked awhile to our community garden and watered the plants. When I was done watering, I was able to run home with no problem. How weird. I wish I knew what caused the pain and how to get around it. I still got my 45 minutes of movement in whether it is running or walking I have decided to just get out and cover as much ground as possible in 45 minutes. I think I covered about 3.5 miles. |
