This morning my husband had to leave for work at 6:30 so I just got 2 miles in but then I came home and rode the bike for 30 minutes as well. I usually don't run on Wednesdays but I think I want to add a Wednesday run in and then only run 6 miles on Saturday. Then I will still get at least 20 miles in each week but won't have really long hard runs. The only bad part is getting up early Mon-Thur, I am not good at early mornings. |
