Running Accomplishments:

I have run 5K throughout my life.  I just ran the Colder Boulder in 25:33 which is a PR for me.

I ran two half marathons this past summer and my fastest time was around 2:09:? (My chip had issues and I was given a gun time but not a chip time, but I know I finished under 2:10:00)

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to run a marathon during the summer of 2010.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running for fitness and fun.  I would like to improve my pace to comfortably average 30 seconds faster then I run now.

Personal:

I am married and have three children.  I enjoy friends, piano, singing, crafting, and organizing/cleaning my home.

This morning I didn't know if my neighbor would be up for running outside because there was a dusting of snow.  Our general rule is if there is snow on the ground we will run inside.  I dressed for an outside run hoping she would be ok with a tiny amount of snow.  Luckily she was dressed for outside as well.  It was a great run today.  There was a lot of fog and I really enjoyed running in the fog.  There were places where I couldn't see more then a block in front of me.

When I got home I took the garbage cans out to the street and decided to throw a few things away that were in the garage.  I have been wanting to clean the garage for a long time but never make the time.  I started throwing things away and organizing a little and now one hour later, I have a clean garage!  It was a great post run activity while my kids are still asleep.

Running in the fog can be fun. I missed it today.

Good job cleaning out your garage. If you get bored, I should have you come clean my house. Just kidding.

Four miles and a clean garage in an hour and a half? Honestly - I'm jealous!! :)

Good run Michelle! I don't think I've ever run in the fog before. I bet it's cool though =)

I'm jealous of your ability to be productive so early in the morning.

Congrats on getting your garage cleaned out!

Awesome run! You guys must have been feeling each other's vibe on getting ready for the outside run.

And congrats on the clean garage. That's something that I need to get done pretty soon, too!
