This morning I decided to drive to the track and do my running on the track. I have had more success with running when I am on the track. I was able to do the whole 3.5 without having to stop from pain. It was nice and slow, really slow but I did it. I might start driving to the track more often. The downside is it takes more time. I got home a little late and was only able to do 3.5. If I didn't have to worry about getting home for kids, I would probably have ran another 1.5 but I had to get home. |
