Running Accomplishments:

I have run 5K throughout my life.  I just ran the Colder Boulder in 25:33 which is a PR for me.

I ran two half marathons this past summer and my fastest time was around 2:09:? (My chip had issues and I was given a gun time but not a chip time, but I know I finished under 2:10:00)

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to run a marathon during the summer of 2010.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running for fitness and fun.  I would like to improve my pace to comfortably average 30 seconds faster then I run now.

Personal:

I am married and have three children.  I enjoy friends, piano, singing, crafting, and organizing/cleaning my home.

There is not much to report about my run today.  Just a basic 4 mile run.  My achilles are a little sore from the Saturday run.  I hope the run today stretched them out a little instead of making them more sore.

Hmmm. I hope your achilles are okay. Maybe you should try some calf stretches. Stand on the edge of a step and then go up on your toes and back down so that your heels are below step level and repeat that several times.

Try soaking in a tub with epsom salt..that has been doing wonders for me lately. Stretching is also a good idea as Carolyn suggested.
