Marathon Finish

Running Accomplishments:

I have run 5K throughout my life.  I just ran the Colder Boulder in 25:33 which is a PR for me.

I ran two half marathons this past summer and my fastest time was around 2:09:? (My chip had issues and I was given a gun time but not a chip time, but I know I finished under 2:10:00)

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to run a marathon during the summer of 2010.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running for fitness and fun.  I would like to improve my pace to comfortably average 30 seconds faster then I run now.

Personal:

I am married and have three children.  I enjoy friends, piano, singing, crafting, and organizing/cleaning my home.

Running conditions today were rough.  It was cold and there was snow on the ground.  There are only three more Saturday runs until the Moab half marathon.  I think it will be a good race but probably not my fastest.

I'm so impressed at your pregnancy mileage! I wouldn't worry about the pace of the race. The fact that you're doing it is totally awesome!

Don't worry about the pace on the Moab half. You can worry about setting PRs when you're not pregnant.

I'm glad that you got out and did the planned 10 miles today. Did you do it on the roads or the trail? Did Michelle and Carly join you?

You're awesome getting out and hitting the pavement like you do while you're pregnant.

Have fun with the running and enjoy the Moab 1/2....it's going to be so beautiful there!

I agree with Carolyn that you shouldn't worry at all about your time. Enjoy the journey :-)

Can I ask when your due date is?

Carolyn- I did run with Michelle and Carly. We ran on the roads because we thought the trail would be too snow packed. We did the 10 mile loop you showed us on McArther Ranch.

QP- I am due August 20
