My hip is still not 100% although it is getting better. I don't want to run and ruin all of the resting I have been doing. This morning I went to the gym and did the elliptical for 4 miles. It was my first time on an elliptical. I liked that I got a good workout and it was easy on my hip. However, I am missing actually running. The first half of the workout I didn't have the elliptical on any resistance and my heels kept coming off the machine. Then I figured out you could add resistance and it make the workout much more enjoyable and more like actual running. I might do the elliptical a little next week as well and then add in some running. |
