I went to bed later then I wanted to last night and then woke up at 5:00 thinking it was time to get up. I went back to sleep for an hour but it just doesn't count the same. I am going to be tired this evening. The run went fine, not great but fine. The last couple of runs my ankles hurt at the beginning about 2 miles, then they feel better. Any suggestions for what to do? I don't know if I need to stretch them more, or if it is just because of pregnancy with weight gain and loose ligaments. Mostly I am just glad to get the run finished today.
