Running Accomplishments:

I have run 5K throughout my life.  I just ran the Colder Boulder in 25:33 which is a PR for me.

I ran two half marathons this past summer and my fastest time was around 2:09:? (My chip had issues and I was given a gun time but not a chip time, but I know I finished under 2:10:00)

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to run a marathon during the summer of 2010.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running for fitness and fun.  I would like to improve my pace to comfortably average 30 seconds faster then I run now.

Personal:

I am married and have three children.  I enjoy friends, piano, singing, crafting, and organizing/cleaning my home.

I went to bed a bit late last night and didn't sleep really well so I was not looking forward to my run when the alarm went off.  Despite the bad night, it was a great run today!  I felt good and was able to run at a pretty good pace.  I don't know exactly but I think the AP was about 9:30.

The last mile was 9:38 which is really good for the last mile because at the start is a decent size hill, and the second half is all slightly uphill.  It is a tiring mile and my time is usually slower.  It was nice to be able to finish strong.

:) Nice miles. I can understand how it's hard to drag yourself out of bed. I had some trouble this morning, and I don't have pregnancy hormones complicating things!

It's a rare person for whom getting out of bed in the morning is not a struggle.

Great strong finish today, Michelle.

I'll see you at lunch time.

This is what I usually find with early mornings: hard to get up, but then 1/2 way through its good and worth it!

Nice job not letting the bed eat you and hitting some great paces!! Are you doing the Moab 1/2 with Carolyn?

From Michelle on Thu, Mar 11, 2010 at 16:40:30 from 174.29.65.50

RAD- Yes I am doing the Moab 1/2. There are four girls driving together and sharing a room. None of us will be running with Carolyn, she is too fast!
