Marathon Finish

Running Accomplishments:

I have run 5K throughout my life.  I just ran the Colder Boulder in 25:33 which is a PR for me.

I ran two half marathons this past summer and my fastest time was around 2:09:? (My chip had issues and I was given a gun time but not a chip time, but I know I finished under 2:10:00)

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to run a marathon during the summer of 2010.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running for fitness and fun.  I would like to improve my pace to comfortably average 30 seconds faster then I run now.

Personal:

I am married and have three children.  I enjoy friends, piano, singing, crafting, and organizing/cleaning my home.

I was very tired this morning when the alarm went off.  I don't know how so many of you can get up at 4:00 and 5:00 to run!  6:00 always comes too early for me.  I did the standard 4 mile route, it was so much warmer this morning.  It felt nice and warm even though it was probably in the 20's.  Compared to Tuesday's run, the temperature was a vast improvement.

It was about 25 today compared to 5 on Tuesday, so it was a vast improvement. Did Michelle run with you today?

Annie complained this morning that she wants a day where she can sleep as late as she wants. I told her that after tomorrow, she's got three days in a row like that.

It's taken me 5 years or more to work myself into a 4 am routine. It is hard work for me, I've never considered myself a morning person.

I'm glad you had a 20* increase in temps. 25 is cold in my book, but 5 is crazy cold.

I've gotta give it to you tough Rocky Mountain Women.

wow...the temp increase must've seemed like heaven! Nice run, and way to get out despite the sleep demons. I'm with QP, not really a morning person, but you take what you can get...or what it throws at you to try to fit into your schedule :)
