I set out on my run this morning thinking of just running 4 miles if I could and then maybe adding some more at the end, if I was feeling well. At mile 2 I pass the high school track, when I got there my ankles were hurting a bit and I though it might be nice to run on a softer surface for a mile and then take a short cut home. So I ran a mile on the track and felt great, I decided to add .5 more and then another .5 and then I thought why not another mile? So after the 2 miles to the track, 3 miles on the track I added one more mile on a short cut home and stopped at our garden. We have a community garden plot which is nice but we have to water it with a hose. I watered the garden and then walked home. I was excited to be able to run 6 miles without the crazy pains that have been plaguing me the last two weeks. |
