Running Accomplishments:

I have run 5K throughout my life.  I just ran the Colder Boulder in 25:33 which is a PR for me.

I ran two half marathons this past summer and my fastest time was around 2:09:? (My chip had issues and I was given a gun time but not a chip time, but I know I finished under 2:10:00)

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to run a marathon during the summer of 2010.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running for fitness and fun.  I would like to improve my pace to comfortably average 30 seconds faster then I run now.

Personal:

I am married and have three children.  I enjoy friends, piano, singing, crafting, and organizing/cleaning my home.

Total Distance
4.40

I ran alone today and felt great at the end of my run so I added on a little distance.  I estimated it was around .4 but that is a complete guess.  I really enjoyed my run today.  Some of the good things about today's run are; I woke up feeling rested one minute before the alarm went off, it was already light outside when I started my run, I listened to music, the sun came up with glare shining off of windows and cars, it was warm, running alone allowed me to go at my own pace, I added a little distance, it provided great rejuvenation.

WOW, what a beautiful description. Congrats on a great run today & your hour of stretching yesterday.

How did the RS b-day party go?

I guess sometimes you have to go it alone in order to do things just the way you want to. Great job getting out by yourself. It was sunnier early this morning than it is now.

Sounds like it was a great run! I love runs like that, and reading about a run like that gives me a sense of peace...

Ah! Sun! I hope it stays around!
