I did not want to run this morning. I slept in so I felt like the day was already started and I wanted to get on with the day minus running. However, I knew I would regret not running if I skipped it, so I headed out the door. My plan was to run a shorter distance and get done quicker. When I started running I felt pretty good and decided I might as well do the whole route and not wimp out. I am excited I was able to run the whole 4.2 without any walking. Now I am glad I did it and can get on with the day! |
