Running Accomplishments:

I have run 5K throughout my life.  I just ran the Colder Boulder in 25:33 which is a PR for me.

I ran two half marathons this past summer and my fastest time was around 2:09:? (My chip had issues and I was given a gun time but not a chip time, but I know I finished under 2:10:00)

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to run a marathon during the summer of 2010.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running for fitness and fun.  I would like to improve my pace to comfortably average 30 seconds faster then I run now.

Personal:

I am married and have three children.  I enjoy friends, piano, singing, crafting, and organizing/cleaning my home.

I did the elliptical today for 3.3 miles.  It was a pretty easy workout.  I went to bed a little early last night so I felt energized and ready to go this morning.  My hip is feeling really good, I can tell taking a little break helps, it is just hard to do.

Good job getting to bed early. It sounds like you're really feel great today.

The fact that it's harder for you to take a break than to not take a break indicates that you're really dedicated.

I'm SO glad your hip is feeling better!! Nice work on the elliptical. You'll come back ready to hit those miles and be injury free!!

Great news about your hip! A good night's rest will definitely speed up your recovery.
