Marathon Finish

Running Accomplishments:

I have run 5K throughout my life.  I just ran the Colder Boulder in 25:33 which is a PR for me.

I ran two half marathons this past summer and my fastest time was around 2:09:? (My chip had issues and I was given a gun time but not a chip time, but I know I finished under 2:10:00)

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to run a marathon during the summer of 2010.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running for fitness and fun.  I would like to improve my pace to comfortably average 30 seconds faster then I run now.

Personal:

I am married and have three children.  I enjoy friends, piano, singing, crafting, and organizing/cleaning my home.

I did the P90X cardio workout.  It was a good workout, I was nice and tired afterward.  My friend and I decided that we will change our P90X schedule from the lean (easier) version to the normal version next week.  I think I will be a little sore for awhile after each workout.  I tried one of the P90X videos on my very first time that is for the normal version and I couldn't do it.  It was soooo hard.  It will be interesting to see if I can do it now that I am stronger.

Congratulations on getting stronger! I bet you'll be able to do the normal version, but now I'll be scared if I ever join you for P90X again.

Good training Michelle! I'm sure you'll do fine for the normal version.
