I have run 5K throughout my life. I just ran the Colder Boulder in 25:33 which is a PR for me.
I ran two half marathons this past summer and my fastest time was around 2:09:? (My chip had issues and I was given a gun time but not a chip time, but I know I finished under 2:10:00)
Short-Term Running Goals:
I want to run a marathon during the summer of 2010.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running for fitness and fun. I would like to improve my pace to comfortably average 30 seconds faster then I run now.
Personal:
I am married and have three children. I enjoy friends, piano, singing, crafting, and organizing/cleaning my home.
I am really bad at posting my run on Saturdays because I get home from running and the day gets busy right away. But, I did run a nice easy 6 on Saturday with my friend, Michelle. She ran slow with me and it was nice to have some company.
