Running Accomplishments:

I have run 5K throughout my life.  I just ran the Colder Boulder in 25:33 which is a PR for me.

I ran two half marathons this past summer and my fastest time was around 2:09:? (My chip had issues and I was given a gun time but not a chip time, but I know I finished under 2:10:00)

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to run a marathon during the summer of 2010.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running for fitness and fun.  I would like to improve my pace to comfortably average 30 seconds faster then I run now.

Personal:

I am married and have three children.  I enjoy friends, piano, singing, crafting, and organizing/cleaning my home.

I had a nice run this morning.  I was able to get more sleep last night which was nice.  My friend Carolyn came running with me and my neighbor Michelle.  Michelle cut her run short so she could get into work early so it was nice to have Carolyn to talk to when Michelle split off.  I felt good and wasn't tired on the run, that is always a plus.

Thanks Carolyn for running with me.  I always enjoy running with you and having good conversation!

Kelli- the air is good. I live outside of Denver a bit and there aren't mountains surrounding the area like Utah so we don't seem to have air problems ever that I know of.

Burt- two Michelles that are neighbors can get a little confusing. I suppose if she cut her hair short, she would be quicker at getting her hair done. Which would then help her get to work faster?

Carolyn- First, you are not an old lady and second, I don't think you engaged in too much self disclosure. It is nice to have a friend to actually talk to. If you are uncomfortable with that much self disclosure you don't need to disclose, but it doesn't bother me.

Our street has 8 houses. In 3 of those houses lives a Scott. All 3 of those Scott's are bald. It is confusing, so I say keep your hair different!

Nice work Michelle. Way to get out and get the run in AND sleep a little! Carolyn is an amazing person to enjoy a good conversation with, you're lucky to have her - I'm honestly a little jealous :)
